Garlich v. Bowman, et et; Hamilton County Court of Common Pleas, Ohio, (shareholder derivative action against Cincinnati Bell).
CLPW&G was appointed lead Counsel on behalf of the lead Plaintiff Garlich. The matter was settled for significant corporate governance reforms.
